What does “custom-made” mean?
That’s an item we create especially for you. Your bouquet or chocolate lollipop favor is created once you place your order.
Can you match the ribbon you tie the favors with to my party colors?
Yes, we can match your party colors. Please specify your color choice when ordering.
Do I have to be available to accept my order?
We strongly recommend that someone is available to accept delivery to help maintain freshness of the chocolate lollipops. It is also necessary for customers to notify a gift recipient of their sweet surprise before the date of delivery to assure they will be home.
What if I miss my delivery or the recipient isn’t home/at work?
In the case that your order cannot be delivered when it has been attempted, we will do our best to contact you to determine if the order should be returned to the store for later pick-up or if a re-delivery should be attempted (and when). If we are not able to contact you, we will have the order returned to the store and wait until we hear from you. Unfortunately, all re-deliveries and returned deliveries will be assessed a new delivery fee of $15.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses?
No we do not.
Are you a nut free bakery?
While we don’t use nuts in our chocolate lollipops, the facility where we bake and make our chocolate lollipops processes nuts. People with high allergies should refrain.
How many chocolate lollipops should I order per guest?
If the chocolate lollipops are being used as a favor, we suggest one per person and always a couple of extra “just in case.” If the chocolate lollipops are being used as a dessert, we suggest 1.5 lollipops per person, (which becomes interesting if you have an odd number of guests!).
What if I don’t find a particular lollipop on your website that fits my event theme?
Please contact us so that we may discuss your theme. We have many designs available, but not all are posted on the website.
